The apartments are situated on the second floor and in the ground floor.
All apartments are equipped with the highest comfort and furnished in Tyrolean style. They include satellite TV, WI-FI, safe, hairdryer, dishwasher, microwave, dishes, cafe machine, skiroom with boot dryer, bicycle storage, drying racks, the possibility to use the washing machine and the coin-operated dryer.

Domestic animals are not allowed in our Chalet apartments.
The Chalet Ambria is an entirely non-smoking structure.
Outdoor parking available.
The ski slopes are only 300 meters from our apartments away.


Apartments Villa Fraina in San Cassiano "new 2017"

The apartments are situated just 100 meters from the ski lifts of Piz Sorega and 5 minutes on foot from the center of San Cassiano.
We are very close to the sports center of San Cassiano, which is fitted with playgrounds. The cross-country skiing slope Armentarola is 3 km away from Villa Fraina.

Domestic animals are not allowed in the appartments.

We have one two-roomed apartment, “apartment Sassonger” and one three-roomed apartment “apartment Pütia“.
Thay have a surface of 46 m² and one of 70m² and are situated on the first floor.
They are equipped with a/two double bedroom, a/two bathroom with toilet, bath/shower, hairdryer, living room with a double sofa bed, TV, kitchen area with dishes.
Bed linen, towels and the kitchen towels are supplied.
Final cleaning is included.
